Job Description : Our client, one of Ireland's leading Mechanical, Electrical & Maintenance Contracting Companies, is seeking a Senior Mechanical Contracts Manager to join their team based in South Dublin .

The client is a leading multi-disciplined projects company with experience across sectors such as Pharmaceutical, Data Centres, Healthcare, and large Commercial Projects.

Key Responsibilities Develop and execute project cost and budget plans.

Lead multiple project teams to ensure contracts are completed on schedule and within scope.

Work closely with key stakeholders to manage all project aspects and maintain client relationships.

Oversee and assess the quality of subcontractor work.

Ensure adherence to current Health & Safety regulations.

Assist the project surveyor in managing and controlling contract costs and variations, with regular cost projection reports to the Construction Director.

Identify and manage project risks, collaborating with design teams to address issues and meet deadlines.

Foster and sustain strong relationships with stakeholders.

Maintain accuracy in planning and scheduling activities.

Create and manage project schedules aligned with milestones and resources.

Develop and oversee material procurement schedules.

Key Requirements Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services.

Over 10 years of experience in construction or related fields preferred.

Proven experience managing multiple projects.

History of completing projects on time and within budget.

Skilled in MS Office applications.

Strong stakeholder relationship skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Highly driven with management and motivational skills.
