This is an exceptional opportunity for a Maintenance Team Lead to join a dynamic, high-performing team. You’ll oversee critical shift operations, drive continuous improvement, and lead a skilled team of operators, ensuring the highest standards of quality, compliance, and efficiency. Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues, minimising production downtime across shifts
- Maintain accurate maintenance and operational records in line with SOPs and regulatory requirements
- Lead and support Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives to optimise equipment performance and system efficiency
- Manage and coach shift teams to meet key performance metrics, ensuring alignment with business goals
- Identify team development needs, conduct performance reviews, and foster a culture of growth and accountability
- Oversee training compliance to meet ISO standards and evolving operational demands
- Ensure adherence to 6S standards, promoting a safe, efficient, and clean working environment
- Collaborate cross-functionally to drive innovation, problem-solving, and operational excellence
Key Requirements
Degree or diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related disciplineMinimum 2–3 years’ experience in a manufacturing or process engineering role, ideally within the medical device or pharmaceutical sectorStrong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or controls engineering systemsProven leadership and coaching experience in a fast-paced, regulated manufacturing environmentBenefits

This role follows a continental 12-hour shift (7 AM–7 PM / 7 PM–7 AM), rotating between :
