Utilise the latest AI innovations in the software engineering process to accelerate delivery, improve quality, and reduce unit cost. We expect all engineers to be using coding assistants, and as the Portfolio Lead one of your key roles is to drive this organisational change through your team and realise the benefits. Collaborate across the enterprise : foster collaboration with product owners and managers, architects, and other stakeholders to understand the opportunity domain and align the engineering team with business goals. Lead, coach and develop your team : line manage, coach and support Pod Leads and other key roles in your Portfolio. Manage resourcing levels in the Portfolio in line with business demand, using both internal and external resources.
