Currently experiencing a growth in new business, they now require an Accountant to assist the Finance Manager across all aspects of the finance function.

As the candidate will be joining at a stage when the company is relatively young and in development mode, the role represents an opportunity to "add value" and make a strong contribution to the continued growth of the business.

Duties will include : Preparation of monthly management accounts for group companies.Assist senior management with budgeting, systems development, and tax planning activities across the groupEnsure balance sheet reconciliations are prepared and reconciled accurately and on a timely basis.Manage inter-companyDevelop and document business processes and accounting policiesOngoing review and improvement of Internal Financial ControlsManagement and development of the finance teamEnsure organisation is compliant with Taxation and Statutory obligationsManage Year-end Audit and interaction with auditorsOther ad hoc duties and projects as requiredCandidate Profile Qualified Accountant with 1-3 years PQE ideally within a fast-paced environmentPossess inter-personal skills and a pro-active "can do" attitudeFluency in English is essentialAn attractive remuneration & benefits package will be offered to the successful candidate.
