Site Manager - Galway Our client, a well-established main contractor, is expanding and now seeks to recruit a Site Manager in Galway due to continued growth. Key Responsibilities : Manage day-to-day site operations, labour coordination, and subcontractor performance. Support the project team in monitoring progress to meet programme targets. Ensure high standards of quality on all construction activities. Maintain full compliance with Health & Safety regulations and internal policies. Foster positive working relationships with subcontractors and the supply chain to sustain a collaborative site environment. Requirements : Minimum 10 years' experience in Site Management. Main Contractor experience, ideally on large-scale commercial or mixed-use developments. Third-level construction qualification or strong trades background with deep trade knowledge. Strong IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Office applications. Excellent organisational, delegation, and teamwork abilities.
