Chef De Partie

The Ravenport Resort are now recruiting for an experienced Chef De Partie to join our culinary team

The Ideal candidate will have :

• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience as a Chef de Partie.
• Recognised qualification and experience of managing and implementing a HACCP system.
• Display excellence in food preparation and service.
• Experience of menu design and implementation and food costings.
• Be standards driven.
• Driven and enthusiastic to achieve excellence.
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills.
• Honest, reliable, flexible, and hardworking.
