We're looking for a motivated, energetic, and collaborative individual to join our team as an On-Trade Business Developer on behalf of a global innovator in the premium spirits industry a company dedicated to crafting excitement in every sip. What Youll Be Doing Managing, maintaining, and growing a territory across the Greater Dublin Area. Drive new listings with a particular focus on premium tequila and single malt Scotch. Ensure promotional compliance and resolve any issues swiftly and professionally. Deliver best-in-class POS execution, ensuring strong visibility on menus and digital platforms. Support in-venue brand activations and events, bringing brand stories to life. Share actionable insights and on-trade intelligence using tools like Caterlyst, including real-time photo uploads and market observations. What Were Looking For Some experience in hospitality (bar / restaurant) or field sales preferred. A confident communicator with the ability to build rapport quickly and work collaboratively. Highly motivated and organised, with an initiative-taking approach to problem-solving. A full Irish driving licence is essential.
