General Manager - Daytime Luxury Catering

We are currently recruiting for an experienced General Manager for our client, a leading food services provider for a luxury corporate catering unit based in Dublin City Centre. Location : Dublin 7 Salary : €65k-70k plus bonus Hours : Monday to Friday Key Requirements : Oversee daily operations and ensure high standards of service Manage and train staff, fostering a positive work environment Continuously strive to improve customer experience Enhance the profit and growth of the business by providing strategic leadership Ensure all budgets are managed in line with the clients requirements, monthly forecasting and to take actions where necessary. Working closely with the Head Chef to ensure a smooth-running food operation / menu planning. Development and upkeep of SOPs The Ideal Candidate : 3+ years experience in a similar role Experience within 5 star hotels or high end corporate catering.
