Your role You will lead growth initiatives to enhance service experiences, define strategies, and execute roadmaps that increase revenue, automate processes, and improve customer outcomes.
As a product owner, you will manage a team of engineers, analysts, and designers, setting both short-term and long-term strategies based on data and customer insights.
Your daily responsibilities Define and implement growth strategies focusing on signup, onboarding, and activation.
Prioritize customer needs and ensure scalable solutions.
Establish KPIs and monitor performance for growth initiatives.
Create clear product requirement documents with measurable goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine products.
Manage conversion funnels and perform A / B testing to optimize metrics.
Lead reviews, influence decision-making, and coordinate dependencies.
Operate with an MVP approach, emphasizing rapid validation and launch.
Communicate progress and risks effectively to stakeholders.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a technical field; MBA preferred.
8+ years in product management, ideally in fintech, e-commerce, or related areas.
Proven ability to learn complex problems and deliver impactful products.
Strong analytical, strategic, and tactical skills.
Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
Preferred Experience in SMB or consumer growth roles.
