OSM Partners LLP are seeking a Conveyancing Solicitor to join their Property Department.
This is a great opportunity for an ambitious, hard-working Solicitor who is eager to progress their career in a modern, innovative law firm.
Qualifications : - Qualified Solicitor with 3+ years post qualification experience.
Responsibilities : - Manage commercial and private client conveyancing files.
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
- Title checks, raising queries, and drafting contracts.
- Perform against KPIs and billing targets.
- Support and assist in the provision of high-quality legal services to the firm's clients.
- Case management.
- Monitoring of case and key dates.
- Ensuring transactions proceed smoothly and efficiently.
Additional skills and expertise : - Experience with case management systems, particularly Practice Evolve.
