Demonstrable understanding of good Project Management Procedures Experience in managing design consultants, contractors Knowledge of contract management and the Public Works Contracts. Knowledge of the Construction Regulations. Experience in the implementation of Safety Management Systems. Demonstrated experience with project management / Specialist Knowledge Excellent Interpersonal & communication skills Demonstrable ability in planning and organising. Technical expertise & Knowledge Commercial Awareness.

ESSENTIAL :
- A Building, Engineering, Construction or Project Management degree.
- Member of Engineers Ireland or other relevant professional body.
- Experience in project engineering experience in Railways or relevant regulated engineering environment.
- Strong leadership, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant general management and project management experience.
- Demonstrable ability to produce and manage budgets and schedules of similar size projects.
