You will play a key role in shaping the future of finance for a diverse portfolio of clients, while also contributing to the growth and development of the internal team. What will I be doing? As a Director in the Finance Transformation team, you will : Client Leadership : Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor on finance strategy, performance management, and digital transformation.Business Development : Lead go-to-market initiatives, identify new opportunities, and drive proposal development to win new business and expand existing accounts.Subject Matter Expertise : Provide deep insight into finance operating models, shared services, planning and reporting, and emerging technologies such as automation, analytics, and cloud platforms.Project Delivery : Oversee the successful delivery of complex transformation programmes, ensuring high-quality outcomes, stakeholder alignment, and measurable value.Team Development : Mentor and lead a team of consultants, fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture while supporting individual growth and capability building.Innovation : Stay ahead of market trends and contribute to thought leadership in areas such as agile finance, value creation, and digital finance enablement.What profile will I require? Experience : 8–10+ years of relevant experience in finance transformation, ideally within a consulting environment.Qualifications : Professional certifications such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA, MBA, PMP, or Prince2 are highly desirable.Expertise : Strong understanding of finance processes, reporting, automation, and operating model design.
Experience with performance management and finance technology is a plus.Leadership : Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives, and lead cross-functional teams through complex change.Commercial Acumen : Demonstrated success in business development, client relationship management, and proposal writing.Communication : Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and inspire.Language : Fluent in English.Location : Based in Ireland with hybrid working flexibility.Why should I take this role?
