Crew Controller

Ryanair is currently recruiting for a Crew Controller to join Europe's Largest Airline!

This is an excellent time to join Ryanair as we aim to grow to over 800 aircraft and 300 million guests per year within the next 10 years.

Based in our Head Office in Airside Business Park in Swords, the successful candidate will work in our busy Operations Control Centre on a shift basis with rotation shifts on a '4 on / 4 off' roster including night shifts.

Compensation : A fantastic starting package of €40,000 per annum plus an additional €6,000 annual performance-based bonus.

The package increases to €45,000 per annum after 1 year, plus a €6,000 annual bonus.

Key Duties (but not limited to) : Ensuring crew are within flight time legal limitsAccurate recording of crew absenteeism & punctualityDeveloping and implementing solutions to daily crewing problemsAssisting with the development of efficient, cost-effective solutions to operational disruptionsPerforming any other duties as requested by Operations Control managementRequirementsThe successful candidate should demonstrate a high degree of flexibility and possess the following :

Ability to work and communicate effectively under pressureGood problem-solving skillsStrong interpersonal skills and an outgoing personalityProven ability to work under pressureA good telephone mannerComputer literacy (MS Word, Excel, and / or EDCL would be an advantage)Benefits include discounted and unlimited travel to over 250 destinationsDeath in Service Benefit – Up to 2 times the salaryAdditional annual leave for long service (2 days after 5 years & 5 days after 10 years)
