Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities :

Self-generate leads, appointments, and referrals through proactive outreach.

Attend and close sales appointments set by Telemarketing and your own efforts.

Collaborate with the Head of Seminars to craft and execute quarterly plans.

Build relationships with referral partners and potential introducers.

Achieve quarterly sales targets while managing your pipeline with precision.

What You Bring to the Team :

2+ years of proven success in a B2B sales environment.

Confidence in value-based and consultative selling approaches.

Ability to connect with diverse audiences, from Business Owners to HR Managers and Boards of Directors.
