D2 | Hybrid | Flex Work | 7 Month FTC The Role You will lead the execution of marketing campaigns aimed at enhancing the visibility, relevance and credibility of a key national brand across both domestic and export markets. Youll work cross-functionally with internal teams and external agencies to deliver fully integrated, insight-led campaigns. Key Responsibilities Plan and implement B2B and B2C marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with wider brand and sector strategies. Work closely with internal business development and sector leads to ensure campaigns reflect commercial objectives. Develop campaign briefs and oversee the creation of traditional and digital media plans in collaboration with media and creative agencies. Lead the production, adaptation and approval of TV, radio and press advertising, ensuring consistency with brand identity. Coordinate the integration of campaigns with other brand channels (earned, owned and paid media, including trade shows and PR). Monitor and report on media KPIs and campaign effectiveness, with input from analytics teams and media auditors. Maintain brand consistency and evolve brand guidelines where necessary. Manage campaign budgets and ensure compliance with internal processes and governance. Maintain project risk registers and align with operational models for delivery. About You Essential Skills and Experience Minimum of 3+ years in marketing, advertising, communications or media, ideally within FMCG, agri-food, or consumer brand sectors. Proven track record in delivering ATL campaigns (TV, radio, press) from concept to evaluation. Strong understanding of the media landscape across Ireland and key export markets. Experience developing creative assets and managing agency relationships (media and creative). Skilled in campaign reporting, performance tracking, and budget management. Confident working in cross-functional, fast-paced environments with multiple stakeholders. Strong communicator with excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills. Why Apply?
