Recruitment Consultant II @ Harvey Nash | hiring across Product, PMO, Engineering Role - Technical Project Manager Onsite Dublin Permanent Our client are looking for a technical Project Manager with previous experience in Developer, R&D, or SRE roles who can take charge of managing internal project roadmaps and drive the success of SRE teams.

Key Responsibilities : Manage and prioritize the SRE team's projects based on business needs, impact, and resource availability.

Drive delivery using Scrum or Kanban methodologies, depending on project requirements and team capacity.

Maintain a clear and up-to-date project roadmap to ensure transparency and alignment.

Help build and maintain documentation, frameworks, workflows, and best practices for the SRE team.

Contribute to the recruitment process, including interviewing and hiring new team members.

What We're Looking For : A Bachelor's degree in Computing, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or related field (or 5+ years of relevant experience).

Experience working in SRE, Application Support, Infrastructure, or similar technical roles.

Proven track record managing parallel tech projects and collaborating across multiple teams.

Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with various technology stacks (e.g., SRE terminology, cloud, Docker, .NET, SQL Server, etc.).

Hands-on experience with large distributed systems deployed on both private and public cloud infrastructures.

Excellent organizational, time-management, and project delivery skills.

Proficient in creating technical documentation, workflows, and diagrams in English.

Bonus : Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
