The ideal candidate has successfully led and independently managed the lifecycle of complex enterprise software projects focused on data collection, data pipelines, including data lakes and production-ready datasets.

You will ensure timely and successful project delivery using best practices in technical project management.

You will serve as the main point of contact for multiple projects, ensuring visibility, accountability, and clear communication of deliverables to Sales, Executives, and other stakeholders.

You possess deep experience in communicating high-level statuses to Executives and detailed work to Engineering and Product Managers.

You are detail-oriented with exceptional communication, analytical, and abstract thinking skills.

You work well with others and can influence without authority to ensure project success.

You will collaborate cross-functionally with teams in the USA, Dublin, and Helsinki, working with Product, Data Science, and Engineering to scope projects accurately, track dependencies, and meet deliverables on time.

What You'll Do : Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables with stakeholdersAlign priorities across teams with Agile Coaches and Product ManagersFacilitate standups, refinement, planning, and roadmap estimation meetingsLead project status meetings to track progress, identify roadblocks, and manage risksBuild and maintain clear communication through status reports and Jira DashboardsContribute to the Project Management Standards of ExcellenceProvide project visibility to Sales, Executives, and other stakeholdersDevelop and manage Jira Plans, including timelines, dependencies, and deliverablesConduct regular project reviews, gather feedback, and ensure follow-upAttend cross-functional meetings and communicate changes, risks, or blockers effectivelyExpectations for Success : Project plans align with the company roadmap, with clear milestonesTimely management and communication of delivery timelines and risksEffective use of Jira to visualize and track progressSupport and unblock teams, resolving or escalating issues promptlyStakeholders stay informed through clear reporting and updatesRequirements : We prioritize your capability and experience over checklists.

3-5 years of experience managing enterprise software projectsProficiency in Jira, Jira Advanced Roadmaps, Confluence, and Google WorkspaceStrong skills in building Jira DashboardsExperience with Google SheetsFamiliarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologiesProven track record of end-to-end software project deliveryPMP or equivalent certification (preferred)Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related fieldsIndustry experience in Telecommunications and customer engagementJira administration experience (preferred)Understanding of internet, cellular, broadband, or telecom technologiesBasics of database technologies and data pipelinesKnowledge of data ingestion and large-scale AWS infrastructure (Redshift, Athena, etc.
