Are you ready to be part of an innovative and fast-growing team developing game-changing medical technologies?

We're seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to join one of our clients at a pivotal time of expansion and commercialization.

What You'll Do :

Lead projects to develop, optimize, and validate manufacturing processes.

Provide ongoing support to ensure efficient, high-quality production.

Collaborate across R&D, Quality, and Operations to resolve technical issues and enhance product flow.

Manage equipment selection, installation, performance, and maintenance.

Execute process validations (IQ, OQ, PQ) in line with QMS requirements.

Drive cost reduction and scale-up strategies to support commercial readiness.

Apply lean, Six Sigma, SPC, and KPI analysis to drive continuous improvement.

What You Bring :

Level 8 Engineering degree (or equivalent).

5+ years of experience in the medical device industry.

Strong knowledge of quality systems, process controls, and validations.

Excellent communication and project management skills.

A self-starter with strong technical aptitude and a proactive, collaborative mindset.
