About Your New Job As Senior Construction Project Manager, you will lead the end-to-end construction of large-scale solar PV and BESS projects. This is a strategic role requiring both leadership and hands-on project delivery across multiple locations. You will ensure timely, safe, and cost-effective delivery through design, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases. Your key responsibilities will include : Managing the full construction lifecycle for multiple utility-scale renewable energy projects. Leading site-based teams and coordinating with internal stakeholders, contractors, and suppliers. Overseeing project schedules, budgets, and risk management in line with FIDIC contract standards. Reviewing technical designs, construction methodologies, and tender documentation. Promoting safety, quality, and compliance across all construction operations. What Skills You Need 57+ years of experience in renewable energy project management, particularly in solar PV and BESS. A degree in Project / Construction Management or a related engineering discipline (civil, electrical, mechanical, or energy). Strong working knowledge of FIDIC contracts and construction regulations across Ireland and the UK. Proficiency in solar PV plant electrical design (AC / DC), grid connection, and energy storage integration. Valid driving licence for Ireland & UK, and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
