Senior Design Manager

The Senior Design Manager will be responsible for co-ordinating the design elements and interfaces of specific task or project dependent on size and complexity. They will fully understand and manage the design requirements of the tender / project ensuring that the design is delivered in line with the programme requirements and is of a quality that reflects the budget constraints.

You will be :

• Liaising with Site Management for the development of the design package and procurement strategies.
• Managing design consultants and sub consultants along with design subcontractors to ensure correct and timely delivery of all design related information for the execution of the works on site..
• Undertaking design audits on projects as and when required and report back to the director in charge.
• Attending production meetings and input to all design issues.
