Instructor Senior Analyst - CL10 Job Description

The Training Lead serves as the main point of contact of the project coordinating all activities. He she will ensure that the standard process for training is followed consistently on all locations. The lead will also be responsible for performing training needs assessments, designing curriculum and learning materials for managing all phases of training interventions applicable on all locations.

  • Priorities and initiatives driven by the Global QTP Lead and Global Service Delivery Lead
  • Aligning and coordinating with sites on guidance provided
  • Tracking and follow through of task globally
  • Raising and escalating concerns internally and externally
  • Org structure rmendation
  • Identified risks, issues and help items from day to day training activities
  • Global training bandwidth review
  • Line up of QTP that can support other sites remotely or list of member who can travel
  • Track changes on training materials through Version Control
  • Consolidate and report of trainingpletion rate for global updates
  • Ensure training hours are sent timely and accurately to reflect billable items to the clients
  • Enhancement training
  • On Boarding
  • Risk impact assessment on project updates
  • Align cascade methodology for project updates
  • Consolidate feedback questions for project updates

Job Qualifications

  • Maintain Info Exchange Tracker that contains all client driven training request
  • To be supplemented by AHT tracker that shows pull out impact on production hours
  • Create a weekly training initiatives analysis and report
  • Rmend training enhancement rmendations
  • Training agenda revision
  • Training materials improvement
  • Assessment approach
  • Create site scorecards for leads and trainers
  • Ensure processes are aligned and consistently followed
  • Project update cascade methodology
  • New hire training and cross training curriculum
  • Service rehearsal methodology
  • On boarding process
  • Trainer certification
  • Basic Facilitation certification
  • Performance management process
  • Global team management
  • Process audit on process followed
  • Team meetings to address site needs
  • 1 1 session weekly with the site leads
  • Org Structure review with the leads and Global QTP lead
  • Performance management
  • Performance achievement and Priorities
  • Planning and executing strategic training interventions globally
