GP Liaison Manager Field Based (Republic of Ireland)
Full-time | Permanent | Mon–Fri (with occasional weekend work)
Salary : €45–50K + bonus

Are you a relationship builder with a passion for healthcare and a knack for engaging with stakeholders? We're hiring a GP Liaison Manager to drive patient referrals and strengthen ties with General Practitioners and healthcare professionals across the Republic of Ireland.
About the Role
As a GP Liaison Manager, you’ll act as a key connection between healthcare professionals and our private hospital group. Your mission is to promote our services, develop strong GP relationships, and increase patient referral volumes. You’ll work across the ROI territory and collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver an excellent end-to-end referral experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with GPs, practice managers, and primary care teams
- Promote services to generate patient referrals and raise awareness of offerings
- Identify and engage new referral sources (e.g., expanding or new GP practices)
- Act as the key point of contact between external referrers and internal departments
- Share updates on new consultants, services, and treatment options with GP practices
- Plan and attend practice visits, CPD events, and educational sessions
- Support internal service improvement by gathering and relaying GP feedback
- Track engagement activity and provide reports on trends and KPIs
- Represent the group at healthcare conferences and events
What You'll Need
2+ years' experience in relationship management or sales, ideally in healthcareExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsStrong organisational and time management abilitiesCommercial awareness and confidence when presenting servicesProficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Full, clean driver’s licence and access to your own vehicleWillingness to travel regularly throughout ROIBonus Points For
