We are the market leader in the provision of web-based Customs & Excise solutions in Ireland, providing hosted and deployed solutions and services to the majority of companies that use Revenue-based transaction processing facilities.

Role

  • Become a product expert and support new and existing customers on the C&E product
  • Helping new customers completely unfamiliar with how customs work
  • Assisting new customers with minor issues they experience
  • Assisting in onboarding and setting up new accounts
  • Respond to customer queries in a timely fashion
  • Be prepared to work some occasional out of hours

Required

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Previous IT support experience
  • Strong proficiency in IT applications and ability to learn new systems and processes and adapt knowledge as required.
  • Strong Microsoft skills
  • Experience in Customs Systems : Familiarity with Irish and UK customs systems) and related processes
  • Ability to work under direction but also on own initiative at times with minimal supervision and sometimes under pressure
  • Knowledge of customs regulations, compliance, and documentation processes.
  • Strong planning and organisational skills, ability to prioritise tasks as required and work to agreed timescales
  • Proven track record in trouble-shooting and closing out issues to ensure satisfactory resolution on time
  • Ability to communicate to all levels of the organisation
  • Customer-focused attitude.
