The Role

Cubic³ is looking for a Commercial Partnership Associate, responsible for Roaming Coordination between Cubic and our Wholesale partners, to join our team to expand Cubic's roaming footprint. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with key telecommunications operators worldwide and ensuring the best roaming experience for our customers across various mobile assets.

As a Roaming Coordinator, you will support our team of Wholesale Directors in establishing new partnerships, negotiating connectivity contracts and competitive wholesale rates to ensure that we deliver high-quality connectivity solutions that meet our customers' needs while maximizing profitability. Your role will encompass stakeholder management, internally in Cubic and across partnerships in various geographies, performing market analysis, supporting billing activities, and operational oversight to ensure seamless roaming services across our network.

Requirements

  • Coordinate roaming agreement negotiations between cubic internal and MNO partner
  • Support wholesale directors in commercial negotiations with MNO partners
  • Maintaining strong relationship with the MNO partners under responsibility
  • In close collaboration with the wholesale team, define requirements for the roaming network and derive actions
  • Facilitate planning and scheduling of roaming testing to align cubic and mno partner roadmaps
  • Work with CRM tool to keep MNO footprint up-to-date

Requirements

  • Up to 5 years of experience in a corporate environment (ideally the wholesale knowledge in telecommunications industry)
  • Strong follow up and coordination skills
  • Experienced with cross-functional projects and process improvement
  • Strategic mindset, “can-do” attitude and enjoy working on complex challenges
  • Passion for building relationship and conducting contract negotiation
  • Basic understanding of roaming commercial and / or technical set up
  • Positive and constructive personality, including willingness to go beyond the call-of-duty to ensure successful and on-time delivery of the project
