Cpl Healthcare is currently seeking Social Care Professionals to join a reputable service in Galway to support young people in a residential service.

We require residential Social Care Workers to provide high-quality care to the young people, promoting independence and person-centred planning, and contributing to the day-to-day running of the service.

A successful candidate will have : A minimum Level 7 Qualification in Social Care or a relevant areaClear understanding of person-centred care and keyworkingUnderstanding and experience of risk assessments and safeguarding of young people in careWorking knowledge of HIQA policies and proceduresWorking knowledge of Children's First guidelines and proceduresFull Clean Manual Driving LicenseSuccessful candidates will have an opportunity for professional growth and to be part of an energetic and dedicated team that provides an emotionally and psychologically safe environment where young people can heal, develop, and move forward with their lives.
