As a Service Administrator, youll be at the heart of the company's service delivery, helping us exceed customer expectations every day.
Responsibilities : Act as a point of contact for field engineers, supporting their work and general operations of the department.
Order parts and ensure they're ready for engineer attendance.
Handle incoming calls from clients and process service requests.
Prepare weekly work plans and aim to schedule four weeks in advance.
Manage logistics around spares, equipment, and subcontracted works.
Support invoice processes and help close jobs in our system.
Maintain accurate service records and assist with quality assurance processes.
Always provide prompt, polite, and professional support to internal and external customer.
Requirements : Previous experience in administration, planning, or data entry.
Excellent IT skills (Word, Excel, scheduling / database systems).
Strong attention to detail and time management.
Understanding of logistics or scheduling in a regional field service setting.
Knowledge of commercial / industrial HVAC systems in a service department is a bonus.
