In this people-focused role, youll be responsible for enhancing the member journey from onboarding and renewals to personalised outreach and event engagement. You'll use insights to shape retention strategies, support member growth through targeted communication, and provide key administrative coordination for board services. If you thrive in a fast-paced, purpose-led environment and bring a strong track record in client or membership engagement, this role offers the chance to make a real impact. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years experience in a commercial or member-facing role, excellent communication skills, and a natural ability to build rapport. Confidence using CRM systems and managing multiple priorities is essential, while experience in executive search, recruitment, or professional services is a strong advantage.
