Senior Occupational Therapist – Rheumatology
Purpose of the Role
The Senior Occupational Therapist will play a lead role in the delivery of a responsive occupational therapy service for children, adolescents and young adults with rheumatological diagnoses and will contribute to the continued development of this specialist area.
The Senior Occupational Therapist will provide clinical leadership, supervision and cover across the wider paediatric, adolescent and young adult service and team.
The Senior Occupational Therapist will provide specialised assessment and treatment of patients who have complex needs providing expert advice, guidance and information to carers, health and social care professionals to ensure optimum delivery of care.
