We are hiring a Clinical Nurse Manager for a leading Nursing Home in Wicklow , Ireland.
Responsibilities
- Make sure every employee does their utmost to support the nursing home's effective operation and the development of an environment that serves the interests of the residents.
- Engage with residents to make sure their medical needs are being satisfied and, if necessary, to address any issues. Discuss the residents' medical requirements with the district nurse.
- Report any resident illness and, if required, request a visit from a general practitioner or other professional.
- Make sure the resident's nutritional needs are satisfied and that there are enough healthy meals.
- Perform personal care and general nursing duties as needed.
- As directed by the NMBI and the company, administer prescribed medications and keep the required documentation.
