Site Manager Location : Longford

Salary : €75-85k + transport / allowance + benefits

We are seeking a Site Manager for a Tier-1 international main contractor currently undertaking a large pharma project in Longford.

Key Responsibilities : Manage, coordinate, and monitor the site labour force and specialist subcontractors daily. Assist the project team in monitoring progress to meet programme targets. Ensure all works are delivered to high-quality standards. Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies at all times. Work closely with the supply chain and subcontractors to foster positive relationships and a strong site culture. Specific Requirements : Previous experience with a main contractor, ideally on large-scale structural, external, and groundwork projects within commercial, mixed-use development, residential, pharmaceutical, or data centre sectors. Third-level qualification or a trades background with excellent knowledge of trades. Proficiency in Microsoft Office software. Contact
