A leading construction company is looking for a Site Administrator to join their team on a brand-new project in Dublin. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced site environment and is highly organised with a hands-on approach to admin.

What you'll be doing :

Managing daily site paperwork and digital records

Logging timesheets, delivery dockets, and purchase orders

Supporting the site manager with general admin tasks

Coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and office teams

Ensuring all health & safety documentation is in place and up to date

Assisting with document control and project filing systems

What we're looking for :

Previous admin experience in a construction or site-based role

Strong attention to detail and good communication skills

Comfortable using Microsoft Office and basic site software

Able to multitask and meet deadlines on a busy site

A proactive attitude and willingness to get stuck in
