Job Description

  • Support on the delivery of projects to approved schedule, budget and quality requirements.
  • Responsible for conducting background research, data collection and benchmarking.
  • Producing project and gateway approval documents to support the approval process.
  • Preparing written project communication materials and support improvement of processes and systems.
  • Preparing presentation material for project updates and other reports including monthly reports.
  • Liaising with the client, contractors, designers and project Stakeholders when required.
  • Attending meetings and drafting minutes when applicable.
  • Preparing and updating formal project progress reports such as monthly reports including financial, budget and project schedule reporting.
  • Preparing and maintaining project documentation, including Risk Register, Issue Register, Daily Log, etc.
  • Managing Change Control procedures and Programme Governance.
  • Adhere to policies and procedures in compliance with company standards.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience within a construction, engineering, consultancy environment or equivalent supporting the delivery of projects.
  • Degree in Engineering / Technical based degree or equivalent.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills; with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a proven ability to work effectively as part of a team;
