KNOW THE ROLE

LK Bennett Concession in Arnott’s store is currently looking for a fully flexible part-timer, weekend work included. Previous retail experience is preferred.

Your role will include :

Welcoming and greeting the customers

Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sale service

Maintaining outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards

Keeping up to date with product information

Following all companies’ policies and procedure

Handling customers complaints

Handling all stock effectively and maintaining brand’s stockroom to an cleanliness standard

Opening and closing the till

Working as part of a team to achieve and exceed brand targets

Carrying out additional duties when and where necessary
