We’re seeking an experienced and driven Site Operations Manager to lead the charge at a high-volume, retail store in Leinster.

This role requires a proven leader with experience managing teams of 50-65+ across multiple departments, a strong grasp of HR and operational best practices, and the ability to bring fresh, modern strategies to the table. If you’re passionate about team development, thrive in structured environments and know how to deliver exceptional customer experiences, this could be the perfect opportunity.

Salary : €55k – €60k DOE

As a key member of the leadership team, you’ll take full ownership of day-to-day operations, shaping and driving a high-performing culture built on accountability, innovation, and energy. From team management and strategic planning to compliance, recruitment, and performance delivery – you’ll play a pivotal role in pushing the business forward. Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily operations across all departments in a high-volume retail environment
• Lead, inspire, and develop a team of 50-65 staff members
• Drive operational efficiency through strong processes and team engagement
• Manage all aspects of HR including recruitment, appraisals, rostering, and performance management
• Work alongside senior leadership to boost commercial and operational performance
• Maintain high standards in compliance, health & safety, customer experience, and merchandising
• Foster a positive, energetic, and inclusive team culture
