Were currently on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. If youre enthusiastic about food, thrive in a busy environment, and have a keen eye for detail, wed love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities : Work closely with the Head Chef and General Manager Be part of a tight-knit kitchen crew, delivering consistently high-quality dishes Keep your section clean, tidy, and well-organised at all times Follow all HACCP procedures and uphold food safety standards Comply with all company policies on Fire Safety, Health & Safety, Hygiene, and Customer Service Support junior team members and help create a positive working atmosphere Take direction well and contribute to smooth, efficient service Please note : this isnt an exhaustive list of duties and you may be asked to take on other responsibilities by management as required.
