This role is ideal for a seasoned Head Chef or an ambitious Sous Chef looking to elevate their career at a third-level education centre and residence hall catering to international students.Key Responsibilities : Menu Creation & Implementation : Collaborate with leadership to design menus that highlight local produce and cater to a diverse audience, including students, faculty, executives, and artists.

Your skills will be showcased across various settings, from chef plates to three-course à la carte menus and buffets.Culinary Excellence : Prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner for guests, ensuring high standards and adherence to programme requirements.
