Head of Finance, 12 month contract, Dublin CityBarden are proud to be partnering exclusively with a leading Group to introduce a high calibre Head of Finance to their team in Dublin city centre (Hybrid working) on a 12-15 month contract basis.

THE ROLE : Strategic Financial Leadership : Partner with the Senior Leadership Team to provide financial guidance, lead commercial negotiations, and present at quarterly market updates.Team & Function Oversight : Lead and mentor the FP&A team and the broader finance function.Financial Planning & Reporting : Oversee forecasting, budgeting, cash flow, and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and audits.Commercial Decision Support : Develop business cases, conduct financial analysis, and drive profitability through scenario modelling and operational improvements.THE PERSON : Experienced Finance Professional : Qualified accountant with 10+ years post-qualification experience, ideally in a high-growth environment.Strong Commercial & Analytical Acumen : Brings exceptional financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with advanced Excel and solid software knowledge.Effective Communicator & Leader : Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.Adaptable & Results-Oriented : Highly motivated, deadline-driven, flexible under pressure, and adept at improving processes in evolving environments.Working across all business types, but exclusively within the accounting, finance & tax community, Barden exists to share bespoke advice, guidance and support to professionals along each step of their career journey.
