About the Senior Manager – Actuarial Reporting role
As a Senior Manager – Actuarial Reporting, you’ll play a crucial role in delivering key financial and capital reporting outputs, leading and developing a team of actuaries, and driving continuous improvement across reporting processes and controls.
Duties for this role include (but are not limited to) :
- Manage, motivate, and develop a team of actuaries to deliver high-quality reporting.
- Oversee quarterly and annual deliverables, – capital metrics, business plans, liabilities, earnings, and Financial Condition Testing.
- Collaborate with internal teams and senior stakeholders to communicate insights and ensure robust, timely reporting.
- Analyse transaction performance and provide clear, actionable insights.
- Influence and lead improvements to reporting models and processes, ensuring strong governance and controls.
Actuarial skills required
Qualified actuary with at least 4 years’ post-qualification experience in actuarial reporting.Proven people management experience and ability to drive team success.Strong technical and analytical skillset with experience in actuarial modelling (, Prophet) and data management (, SQL).Excellent communication skills written, verbal, and interpersonal.Ability to manage multiple workstreams, prioritise effectively, and collaborate across teams.
