We have an exciting opportunity for a Rewards Analyst to join our People and Culture team . The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the development and implementation of new compensation and benefit strategies, frameworks, policies and processes, on a g lobal l evel . This role will report to the He ad of Reward, and you will work closely with teams acros s the People & Cultur e and Finance fu n ctions This is a hybrid role and can be based from our offices in Ireland Responsibilities Support the design and implementation of compensation and benefit frameworks, policies and processes. Assist with salary benchmarking, utilising external market data in the creation and maintenance of internal pay structures. Conduct external benefit benchmarking, analysing market trends and providing input to benefit frameworks. Assist with the annual compensation cycle - salary reviews and bonuses. Assist with business readiness for the EU Pay Transparency Directive and increasing gender pay gap reporting requirements. Conduct ad hoc analysis, internal and external, in response to business needs and challenges. Creating reports and executive summaries on findings and recommendations. Provide guidance on job evaluations, new hire offers and pay equity considerations. Support the development of employee recognition and reward programs. Benefits administration. Collaborate with the wider People & Culture team, as well as Finance, to ensure compliance with policies and processes and in ad-hoc project work . Qualifications Degree qualified in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or Economics. 3 to 4 years of experience in a reward, compensation, business analytics role, or related field. Analytical mindset with the ability to work with various data sources. Ability to extract key messaging from data analysis and summarise for reporting. Strong proficiency in Excel and utilising HRIS systems. Excellent communication skills and experience in engaging with various stakeholders. Strong ability to work autonomously, independently manage workload and prioritisation of tasks. Familiarity with benefit programs and offerings. Knowledge of compensation benchmarking methodologies and salary surveys, desirable but not essential. Highest levels of integrity, confidentiality and discretion Why PM Group?
