Who we are looking for We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced HR Business Partner to join our Dublin team.

You will support local business lines, drive local HR initiatives, and assist in implementing global initiatives at our Dublin office.

Additionally, you will serve as the Global HR Business Partner for the Equity Business Line at Amundi Group level, with direct responsibility for the France Equity team.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent relationship-building skills, a coaching approach to guide and empower managers, and a learning attitude.

Why this role is important to us This role partners with various departments within our local business to ensure alignment and implementation of our people strategy and processes.

It will also collaborate with the Equity CIO and his Management Team to provide HR support to the Equity Alpha Platform.

What you will be responsible for Resourcing & SelectionEnsure roles are filled with high-quality candidates through a rigorous and timely selection process.Coordinate appropriate approvals in line with company procedures.Support line managers in identifying and addressing retention issues and risks.Assist in workforce planning to ensure organizational effectiveness.Talent ManagementSupport senior managers in talent and successor identification.Encourage regular reviews and feedback sessions.Empower managers to develop development plans for their teams.Learning & DevelopmentAssess and manage training needs, including management and career development, to maintain talent pipelines.Promote development plans aligning key skills with business strategy.Employee RelationsFoster a positive employee relations environment, providing support and advice to line managers on ER issues, respecting local labor laws.Anticipate and address employee relations issues promptly.Partner with line managers and local HR teams outside Dublin to resolve issues effectively.Performance ManagementManage the performance appraisal process, ensuring it is meaningful and effectively used by managers and employees.Compensation & RewardCollaborate with the Compensation and Reward team to stay informed on remuneration trends within asset management and financial sectors.Ensure remuneration packages are competitive and aligned with market standards.Projects / Change Management / Ad hoc supportParticipate in key HR projects globally and locally.Collaborate with HR colleagues to design policies and initiatives fostering a high-performance culture.Perform other duties as required to support the HR leadership team.What we value for the role Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skillsAbility to communicate effectively at all levelsConsulting skills with a strong customer focusKnowledge of the Asset Management / Financial Services industriesSolution-oriented with a value-adding mindsetProject management skillsContinuous improvement and learning attitudeStrong team playerEducation & Preferred Qualifications Previous experience as an HR Business Partner is essentialExperience in the financial services industry is desirableExperience in an international matrix organization is a strong advantageKnowledge of French is advantageousRelevant tertiary qualification in Business or HRWillingness to travel regularly to Paris
