General Foreman
Locations : Multiple sites across Co. Dublin

We are currently recruiting for an experienced General Foreman on behalf of our client, a leading developer with a strong pipeline of residential and commercial projects across Co. Dublin. Key Responsibilities :
- Full responsibility for Health & Safety management on-site.
- Oversee and track project delivery programmes, reporting progress weekly and intervening where necessary to avoid delays.
- Participate in daily whiteboard / site coordination meetings.
- Continuous inspection of works to ensure quality standards are achieved, resolving issues promptly.
- Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and service providers on site.
- Complete daily allocation sheets for labour and materials.
- Oversee civil engineering and groundworks contractors.
- Set up and manage logistics walkways and routes for vehicles and pedestrians.
- Manage works from house foundations to 1st & 2nd fix stages, including external finishes, boundary walls, paving, and landscaping.
- Coordinate and manage labour, machinery, and materials through site logistics software.
- Maintain a safe and secure site in line with Health & Safety policies.
- Ensure timely project handovers to Finishing Foremen in line with programme requirements.
- Work closely with engineering teams to maintain accurate waste management records.
- Promote a professional and client-focused attitude on-site.
Candidate Profile :
Trade background preferred.Strong ability to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality work.Clear communication skills - both written and verbal.Highly organised, detail-oriented, and methodical.Team player with the ability to work independently when required.Capable of managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.Proactive and willing to take ownership of site activities.What ' s on Offer :
