Your New Job as Procurement Manager : As the Procurement Manager, you will lead all procurement activities including supplier sourcing, contract negotiation, and vendor management to support the organisations operational and strategic goals. You will collaborate closely with internal teams such as operations, finance, and senior management to ensure procurement processes are efficient, compliant, and aligned with budget requirements. Key Duties and Responsibilities of the Procurement Manager : Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business objectives Source and evaluate suppliers and service providers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness Negotiate contracts and purchasing agreements, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions Manage supplier relationships, including performance monitoring and risk management Oversee the full procurement lifecycle from sourcing to delivery and evaluation Collaborate with internal stakeholders to forecast purchasing needs and manage inventory Monitor market trends and adjust procurement strategies accordingly Ensure procurement activities comply with legal, environmental, and company policies Support audits and continuous improvement initiatives within procurement Assist with budgeting and cost control activities related to purchasing What are we looking for in our Procurement Manager? 5+ years procurement or supply chain experience, ideally in construction, utilities, or regulated industries Proven supplier negotiation and contract management skills Strong commercial awareness and stakeholder engagement abilities Relevant third-level qualification and experience with procurement or ERP systems Benefits : Parking Medical Aid / Health Care Pension Fund Performance Bonus Paid Holidays
