It requires initiative and the ability to work independently, including administrative support for Facilities Management and ad-hoc tasks.

Principal Accountabilities : Respond to daily work within SLA targets.Complete tasks according to Facilities schedules (daily, weekly, monthly), such as catering deliveries, waste management, and maintenance.Perform building checks to ensure Health and Safety compliance.Provide cover for colleagues during leave or sickness.Complete administrative tasks within service levels.Ensure all actions comply with Health and Safety legislation.What you will need to be successful in the roleExperience in a similar role is preferred.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently.Over 25 years of age with a full, clean driving license (to meet insurance policies).Additional skills include building relationships, delivering customer satisfaction, problem solving, planning, operational excellence, and process improvement.
