Due to country-wide expansion, a leading player in the Irish insurance market is hiring Personal Lines Executives to join their growing team. This is a fast-paced, dynamic role ideal for someone who thrives in a team environment, is passionate about delivering top-tier service, and is motivated by hitting and exceeding targets.

The Role : what does the job involve? :

  • Sales Management : Handle policy renewals, mid-term alterations, and claims across all Personal Lines products (e.g. motor, home insurance). Cross-sell and up-sell insurance solutions to meet customer needs. Meet individual and team targets for sales, retention, and compliance.
  • Customer Relationship Management : Manage a personal portfolio of clients, ensuring queries and requests are handled professionally and efficiently. Deliver a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in every interaction. Respond promptly to internal and external communications.
  • Team Collaboration : Foster positive working relationships across departments and contribute to a high-performing team culture by supporting collective targets and objectives.

The Candidate :

  • APA (Accredited Product Advisor) required or in progress, CIP desirable.
  • Experience in a fast-paced sales / customer service environment.
  • Excellent communicator with strong organisation, and multitasking skills.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and open to continuous change.
