The Role : The role will include : Website development and management Own the social media channel matrix Oversee lead generation and awareness campaigns Lead on HubSpot management including campaign execution and workflows Coordinate and maximise the use of various offline communications assets for use online Uphold brand guidelines across all digital touchpoints. Our Marketing Manager will be a key member of our expert team and contribute to the growth and development of the Practice. The Ideal Candidate : Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience working in a similar position and will have; Excellent communication and time management skills. A willingness to learn and grow professionally. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in HubSpot, Google Ads, Meta Ads and analytics platforms essential. Strong copywriting and content creations skills. Confident multitasker. Comfortable leading projects and working cross-functionally. Experience managing a website - we use Storyblok, but experience with other CMS is applicable.
