This busy and well-resourced venue serves breakfast, lunch, and hospitality catering each day, alongside a packed calendar of VIP events and client entertainment. Youll be leading a brigade of 5 chefs, developing creative, healthy, and diverse menus that reflect current food trends while meeting the needs of a corporate audience that expects the best. Youll need excellent planning and organisational skills, a calm and solutions-focused approach, and a genuine commitment to quality. This role isnt about volume for the sake of itits about consistency, precision and service. Discretion is a must, and the ability to deliver under pressure is key. Whether its a last-minute boardroom lunch or a showcase event for global clients, youll know how to deliver every time.
