We have an exciting opportunity for a Global Finance Director within our Business Partnering team based at our Global Headquarters in Leopardstown, Dublin 18.
Role Summary : The Financial Business Partnering group is a global team providing financial analysis & support to ICON's global service lines.
You will play a key role in providing objective financial and consulting services to shape the strategy for ICON's growth and success.
This position offers visibility and partnership opportunities with the SLT and operational leadership within ICON's largest business unit, the Global Large Pharma group.
The role involves providing strategic leadership, analysis, and acting as a trusted adviser to support decision-making at the highest levels.
Oversight and Leadership The Global Finance Director will lead and develop the Finance Business Partnering team, which comprises talented financial professionals.
You will be responsible for representing and guiding this group.
Role responsibilities : Manage complex functional areas and business units with multiple service lines.Provide analysis, interpretation, and advice on large-scale strategy decisions to the SLT and Service Line VP.Contribute to financial and business strategy in global and regional contexts.Deliver key reports such as Quarterly Business Reviews and Budgets to the ICON CEO and CFO.Demonstrate strong leadership and people management skills to build a high-performing team.Maintain commercial awareness to understand operational and management needs.Approach finance business partnering with a problem-solving mindset.What you will need : Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, etc.)
