The Anglers Rest is looking for a  Chef De Partie  to join their team.

We are a multiple award winning Wedding venue, located in the Strawberry beds near Castleknock and the Phoenix Park in Dublin 15.

This is a busy kitchen where our Chefs pride themselves in cooking from fresh.

The ideal candidate for the role will have :

• Haccp trained
• Maintain a high quality of our menu and its presentation
• Assist our head chef with the overall running of the kitchen
• Be efficient and have a proven ability to work under pressure
• Ensures our dishes go to the customer in a timely manner
• 2+ years experience in a similar role of a busy kitchen environment is essential with a drive and enthusiasm to learn
• Works well in a team and a busy kitchen
