We install kitchens / canteens in our schools and provide an onsite food service.

Our menu is prepared fresh onsite every day.

We are currently recruiting for part time catering assistant in St. Mary's Academy CBS, Railway Road, Rathnapish, Carlow .

These position will commence the end of August and operates around the Secondary school calendar.

Our employees are welcomed as part of the school community. Our employees are off at the break periods : midterms, Christmas, Easter and summer (unpaid). This may appeal to people with school going children. We do not offer set working days, flexibility in working days is essential. This position may not be suitable to people in part time education. The position is subject to Garda Vetting.

The position of  part time Catering Assistant   is approx 12 -15 hours per week, operating on a 2 day / 3day rotation.

Shift time approx 7.45am-2.30pm. Half day Friday approx 12.00pm finish.

The roles involve the preparation of a variety of rolls, wraps, ciabattas, pasta & rice dishes. Service of small break, lunch and clean down. It is a very fast paced and busy working environment.

Previous catering experience, knowledge of HACCP is an advantage.
