In this position, you will contribute to the development of advanced microcontroller and software solutions that enable cleaner, safer, and smarter vehicles.

Working within the Automotive Microcontroller business line, you'll collaborate with a team of experts to drive innovation, define strategy, and support the growth of cutting-edge digital design technologies.

What to expect from this role :

Play a key role in shaping digital design IP strategy and long-term technical direction.

Collaborate on developing infrastructure, methodologies, and automation for IP concept, design, and verification.

Promote innovation across teams and organizational boundaries, both internally and externally.

Monitor industry and organizational trends, taking proactive action to align with evolving needs.

Mentor teams, evaluate new ideas, manage risk, and effectively engage with both engineers and senior leadership.

Requirements :

Holds a university degree in a STEM field with over 15 years of experience in digital IP design.

Expert in digital design methodologies and SoC implementation flows, with a strong track record in developing high-speed and low-power designs.

Skilled at solving complex technical challenges by leveraging expert networks and promoting continuous improvement.

Possesses strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly present ideas and influence cross-functional teams.

Efficiently manages multiple tasks and priorities, and has a solid understanding of analog IP design and integration; fluent in English.
